OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete foundation repair of a centrifugal pump project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of civil projects.
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to develop project plans and schedules.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Must monitor subcontractor’s OQ certifications and ensure compliance before coming on site.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to pass to pass a background check.
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Must have 5 years’ experience as a Civil Project Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to read civil and P &ID drawings.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with project coordination and scheduling techniques.
• Well versed with the most current PIP’s, ACI standards.
• Able to read through ExxonMobil GP’s and familiarize yourself with any additional details not in the PIP’s and ACI standards.
• Able to manage cost track weekly.
• Able to coordinate amongst multiple functions: I/E, crane, and rigging, civil, metrology, millwrights, outside shops, procurement, delivery’s, etc.
• Must provide efficient oversite of lump sum work.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven extensive experience as a Civil Project Manager.
• Familiar with OQ certifications.
